The things people ask first, answered plainly.
The systems a company runs on: the tools that move orders, jobs, quotes, invoices and reports, and the automation between them. We work across industries and across departments, from sales and operations to marketing and finance, and build around how the business actually works rather than around a product.
Whatever serves the business; the stack is chosen after the problem, not before. Most of what we ship is custom code on a modern, boring stack: TypeScript with Next.js and React, Supabase on Postgres, Python for the heavier services, deployed on Vercel or Railway. Where a client has an in-house team that lives in no-code and low-code, we are just as at home in Make, Airtable and n8n, and we will say which fits and why before anything is built.
Either. Often the system sits on top of the accounting, CRM and spreadsheets already in use and takes the handwork out from between them. Just as often we establish a new system and migrate from spreadsheets or industry software to a full code solution.
Most clients sit between US$5M and 100M in revenue, with a team of 20 to 200. Outside that we will say so on the call.
Usually within 30 days. For high-complexity systems, 90 days at most, and we guarantee it.
We build for return, not for size. Sometimes US$10K is all a problem needs; the average engagement lands between US$25K and 45K. The number is fixed before work starts, and the call is where we say honestly what it would take.
We help host, run and tweak the build over time. The best feedback comes from real users, so the first weeks live are where the system gets sharp.

A member of the core team is always involved in the project, chosen for the industry and the experience it calls for. We are based in London, with distributed developers across the US, Europe and Latin America to fit each client, working in English and Spanish.
